At my core, I am a creator. I create bold recipes for the pure joy of it based on a lifetime of wandering the globe, which I do naturally and willfully and with great curiosity. I am equally equipped to develop recipes for others that reflect their unique perspectives and needs. Most often, these recipes focus on herbs, organic produce and produce commodity education. Having spent many years in both culinary education and the retail produce sector, I understand what the average American seeks in a recipe, a dish and a skill – I am incredibly unique in the produce industry in connecting consumers to farmers, commodities, brands and stores; all while teaching them how to choose, use and enjoy the items they choose.
